Job description
**Clinical Manager**
The Clinical Manager is responsible for supervising daily clinical operations, enhancing staff performance, and guaranteeing adherence to regulatory requirements and HIPAA regulations. This position also includes formulating departmental policies, handling budget management, and partnering with various departments to enhance patient care and operational effectiveness. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or a similar discipline and a minimum of 5 years of experience in ECG analysis. Furthermore, at least 3 years of leadership experience in a clinical setting and current certification as a CCT or CRAT are essential.
