Job Summary
The Clinical Manager is responsible for the comprehensive coordination of patient care within a hospice setting, ensuring that high-quality services are provided. This role involves supervising clinical staff, conducting case reviews, facilitating staff training, and engaging in strategic planning as well as community outreach initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the coordination of patient care and ensure quality service delivery within the hospice.
- Supervise and support clinical personnel to maintain operational standards.
- Conduct case reviews to assess patient care effectiveness and outcomes.
- Facilitate training and professional development for staff members.
- Engage in strategic planning to enhance service offerings and improve patient experiences.
- Participate in community outreach efforts to promote hospice services and support.
Qualifications
- Must be a Registered Nurse with an active state license.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- At least two years of management or supervisory experience in the healthcare sector is essential.
