**Job Title: Clinical Pharmacist**
The Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for delivering exceptional and personalized pharmaceutical care along with operational services aimed at enhancing medication outcomes for patients. This role requires collaboration with the healthcare team to ensure that therapies are both safe and cost-effective. Applicants should possess either a PharmD or a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy and must obtain an Oregon Pharmacist License by the start date. Ideal candidates will have at least one year of experience in an acute care hospital pharmacy setting and have completed a PGY1 residency accredited by ASHP.
