**Clinical Pharmacist**
The Clinical Pharmacist conducts therapeutic evaluations and manages disease treatment, working in conjunction with healthcare teams to enhance patient health outcomes. They are responsible for ensuring adherence to specialty pharmacy accreditation regulations and overseeing the requirements of the 340B program. Applicants must possess a Pharm.D. and have a minimum of two years of experience in a hospital or specialty pharmacy environment, or have completed a pharmacy residency program. A valid pharmacy license in Louisiana is essential.
