Job description
**Position Title: Clinical Pharmacist**
The Clinical Pharmacist will play a key role in formulating and executing clinical pharmacy initiatives in partnership with medical personnel and other healthcare providers. This position involves the distribution of medications and delivering critical information to patients about dosages, potential side effects, and drug interactions. Candidates should possess either a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or a Pharm.D degree, along with a current Louisiana pharmacy license. Preference will be given to those with a PGY-1 Pharmacy Residency or three years of relevant clinical experience.
