Job Summary
The position of Clinical Research Associate involves working within a healthcare intelligence and clinical research organization. This role is essential for advancing oncology research by fostering strong collaboration with investigators, site personnel, and key stakeholders throughout the clinical study process.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with investigators and site staff.
- Engage with key stakeholders to support the clinical research initiatives.
- Monitor study progress and ensure compliance with protocols.
- Facilitate communication between all parties involved in clinical trials.
Qualifications
- A degree in Nursing, Medicine, or a relevant field is required.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
- Ability to adapt in a dynamic research environment.
- Experience in clinical research is advantageous but not mandatory for all levels.
