Job Summary
The Clinical Research Associate I plays a vital role in managing clinical trials by providing oversight and support throughout the study process. This position entails collaboration with clinical staff to ensure proper specimen collection and contributes to the ongoing training and development of site staff and research team members.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with clinical personnel for the effective collection of specimens.
- Assist in the training and onboarding of new site staff and research team members.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements throughout the clinical trial.
- Participate actively in monitoring clinical activities and reporting outcomes.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s Degree in life sciences, nursing, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience in clinical research.
- Certification as a Clinical Research Associate (CCRA) or equivalent credential is preferred.
