Job Summary
The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will engage in delivering personalized psychotherapy sessions, perform diagnostic assessments, and craft tailored treatment plans specifically for children and adolescents. This position also includes the responsibility of offering clinical supervision to registered Associate Clinical Social Workers, ensuring that they maintain professional growth and comply with regulatory guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual psychotherapy services to children and adolescents.
- Conduct detailed diagnostic evaluations to assess client needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients.
- Supervise registered Associate Clinical Social Workers, fostering their professional development.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and ethical practices within the clinical setting.
Qualifications
- Master of Social Work degree from an accredited institution.
- Active and unrestricted LCSW license in California.
- Qualifications for supervising associates within the field.
- Preferred: Doctoral degree in a related area.
- Preferred: A minimum of three years’ experience in outpatient clinical settings focusing on child and adolescent mental health.
