Job Summary
The Licensed Clinical Social Worker is responsible for performing in-depth mental health assessments and creating tailored treatment strategies for children, teenagers, and young adults. This role also includes the provision of clinical supervision to registered Associate Clinical Social Workers, ensuring compliance with the regulations set forth by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS).
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive mental health diagnostic evaluations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans for children, adolescents, and young adults.
- Provide clinical supervision to registered Associate Clinical Social Workers in alignment with California BBS requirements.
Qualifications
- Master of Social Work degree.
- Active, unrestricted California LCSW license.
- Experience in the mental health field, particularly with children and adolescents.
- Ability to meet the qualifications for supervising associate clinicians.
