Job Summary
The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is responsible for performing in-depth mental health assessments and creating tailored treatment plans for children, adolescents, and young adults. This position also includes the crucial responsibility of offering clinical supervision to registered Associate Clinical Social Workers, ensuring compliance with California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) regulations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough mental health diagnostic evaluations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans for clients.
- Provide clinical supervision to Associate Clinical Social Workers.
- Ensure adherence to California BBS requirements during supervision.
Qualifications
- Master of Social Work (MSW) degree.
- Active and unrestricted Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in California.
- Experience in child and adolescent mental health.
- Ability to fulfill BBS supervision requirements.
