Job Summary
The therapist is responsible for delivering direct therapeutic services and implementing evidence-based interventions to individuals of all ages, including children, adolescents, and adults, who are dealing with trauma or behavioral issues. Additionally, the therapist provides clinical consultation to staff and adopts a family-systems approach to enhance familial bonds.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct therapeutic services to children, teens, and adults facing trauma or behavioral challenges.
- Implement evidence-based interventions tailored to clients’ needs.
- Offer clinical consultation and support to staff members.
- Utilize a family-systems approach to foster stronger family connections.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a relevant clinical field.
- Minimum of three years of experience in therapeutic assessment and intervention.
- Professional licensure is required.
- A valid driver’s license to facilitate community and home-based services.
