Job Summary
The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the nursing operations within the Acute Neuroscience unit, taking on the 24-hour nursing duties when the manager is not present. This role involves working closely with a specific patient demographic to guarantee the delivery of high-quality care.
Responsibilities
- Supervise nursing operations for the Acute Neuroscience unit.
- Assume 24-hour nursing accountability during the manager’s absence.
- Collaborate directly with a patient population to provide excellent care.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Minimum of two to three years of clinical nursing experience.
- Current Registered Nurse license in Georgia.
- American Heart Association BLS certification.
