Job Summary
The Clinical Supervisor plays a critical role in overseeing nursing operations and taking on comprehensive nursing responsibilities around the clock when the Manager or Director is unavailable. This position involves direct interaction with a specific patient demographic to guarantee the delivery of exemplary care.
Responsibilities
- Oversee nursing operations and ensure the provision of high-quality patient care.
- Assume 24-hour nursing responsibilities in absence of managerial staff.
- Engage with unit-specific patient populations to meet their care needs effectively.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program is required.
- A minimum of 2 to 3 years of clinical nursing experience is necessary.
- At least 1 year of experience in a specialty area relevant to the position.
- Possession of a current Georgia Registered Nurse license is mandatory.
- BLS certification is also required.
