Job Summary
The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for managing nursing activities within a designated unit and leading the nursing team. This position may involve taking on 24-hour nursing duties when the Manager or Director is not present.
Responsibilities
- Oversee nursing operations within the assigned unit.
- Provide leadership and support to nursing staff.
- Assume full nursing responsibilities during the absence of the Manager or Director.
Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Requires a minimum of two to three years of clinical nursing experience.
- Possession of a current Georgia Registered Nurse license is mandatory.
- BLS certification is essential.
