Job description
**Job Title: Clinical Supervisor**
The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for directing orientation sessions for newly hired nurses, conducting in-home evaluations, and supporting clinical management along with patient documentation. This role also involves enhancing brand recognition to boost patient enrollment, all while making sure that the agency adheres to established policies and Medicaid guidelines. Applicants should hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license and ideally possess a minimum of one year of hands-on patient care experience. A current CPR certification is mandatory, along with strong communication skills to interact effectively with both patients and team members.
