**Clinical Supervisor**
The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for managing daily front office activities, which encompasses assigning staff roles, coordinating workflows, and facilitating patient access. This position also involves providing training, overseeing performance, and offering clinical support to maintain excellent patient care and compliance with regulatory standards. A background in a clinical setting is essential, ideally with an Associate’s Degree in Nursing or a related discipline. Candidates should possess a valid clinical license or certification, such as an LPN or CMA, along with BLS certification.
