Job Summary
The Clinical Supervisor plays a critical role in overseeing nursing operations and executing leadership responsibilities within the unit. In the absence of the Manager or Director, this position may entail taking on 24-hour nursing oversight to ensure continuous patient care.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage nursing operations within the unit.
- Assume 24-hour nursing responsibilities when required.
- Support unit-based leadership activities and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
- Minimum of two to three years of clinical experience in nursing.
- Possession of a current Georgia Registered Nurse license.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association.
