**Job Title: Clinical Support Specialist**
The Clinical Support Specialist is responsible for handling client communications and addressing their needs, while also supervising the processing of client records and referrals. This role includes duties such as data entry, verifying insurance information, and facilitating the communication of information within the organization. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or its equivalent, along with a minimum of one year of experience in a medical, mental health, or professional office environment. Additionally, candidates must successfully complete background checks related to child abuse, criminal history, and Medicaid/Medicare exclusions.
