Job Summary
The Clinical Training Specialist is tasked with the development and oversight of training initiatives aimed at enhancing the capabilities of clinical and operational personnel in providing superior patient-centered care. This role includes responsibilities related to streamlining documentation processes, maintaining adherence to regulatory standards, and managing both the onboarding and continuous education for staff across diverse clinical settings.
Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations.
- Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires.
- Provide ongoing educational support for clinical areas.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- At least two years of experience in healthcare operations, clinical support, or staff training is necessary.
- Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems is essential.
- Solid understanding of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA.
