Job description
The Clinical Unit Leader is responsible for organizing patient care within the telemetry unit by effectively managing personnel assignments, supervising clinical activities, and guaranteeing excellent patient outcomes. In this role, they serve as a clinical resource and provide mentorship to nursing staff, while also streamlining the processes for admission, transfer, and discharge. Applicants must possess an active RN license and have a minimum of two years of nursing experience, with at least one year in a similar acuity level. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing is desirable, in addition to various specialty certifications such as BLS, ACLS, or PALS.
