Job description
**Job Title: Clinician Charge**
The Clinician Charge is responsible for the daily operations within the unit, leading and supervising the nursing team while fostering effective communication between medical personnel and administration to guarantee high-quality patient care. This role also involves serving as a change advocate, guiding fellow staff members, and overseeing the management of unit resources, all while ensuring adherence to clinical policies. Applicants must possess a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and have a minimum of 2 years of current nursing experience, including at least 2 years in the field of cardiology. A valid, unrestricted Georgia Registered Nursing license and current BLS certification are mandatory.
