Job description
The Life Enrichment Coordinator is responsible for designing and executing engaging recreational and social programs that promote resident involvement, as well as overseeing the life enrichment team. This role involves working closely with the Resident Council and organizing volunteer initiatives to improve community wellness. Applicants should be qualified therapeutic recreation specialists, accredited activities professionals, or licensed occupational therapists/assistants. Prior experience with documentation and with senior populations is advantageous.
