Triage and coordinate access, service, and change requests; manage scheduling, user access, and operational monitoring while keeping requesters informed. Document processes and decisions, maintain SOPs and runbooks, and route infrastructure or security engineering work to the appropriate specialists. Requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field, U.S. citizenship, eligibility to obtain or maintain Public Trust, and at least three years of general work experience, including 3–5+ years in IT, operations, or technical support. Candidates should be comfortable in cloud environments, preferably AWS, and demonstrate strong communication, prioritization, organization, and documentation skills; government or federal contracting experience is preferred.
