**Lead CNA Caregiver**
The Lead CNA Caregiver is responsible for delivering direct personal assistance, which encompasses bathing, grooming, and meal preparation. This role also involves aiding clients during transitions and addressing any scheduling needs. Additionally, the Lead CNA monitors clients’ well-being, interacts with office personnel, and provides guidance to other caregivers to uphold exceptional service standards. Applicants should possess a current CNA license, a valid driver’s license, and a dependable vehicle with insurance. This position requires travel within a 50-mile radius and flexibility to work on weekdays as well as two weekends each month.
