**Lead CNA**
The Lead Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) offers hands-on personal care to clients, encompassing tasks such as bathing, grooming, and meal preparation. This position also involves assisting with the onboarding of new clients and filling in for schedule gaps when needed. The Lead CNA is tasked with monitoring and reporting any changes in client health and providing mentorship to other caregivers. Applicants must possess an active CNA certification and a valid driver’s license, along with access to a dependable vehicle and insurance. The role necessitates the ability to travel within a 50-mile radius and maintain a flexible schedule from Monday to Friday, including availability for two weekends each month.
