Job description
**Lead CNA Caregiver**
The Lead CNA Caregiver is responsible for delivering personal care services, such as assisting with bathing, grooming, and preparing meals, in addition to facilitating smooth transitions for new clients and filling in scheduling gaps. This role involves monitoring and reporting any changes in client health conditions while providing mentorship to other caregivers, ensuring consistent and high-quality care. Applicants must possess a current CNA license, a valid driver’s license, and access to a dependable, insured vehicle. The position necessitates the willingness to travel within a 50-mile radius and maintain availability from Monday to Friday, along with two weekends each month.
