**Certified Nursing Assistant**
Certified Nursing Assistants play a vital role in delivering daily living support and emotional care to individuals within a nursing and rehabilitation facility. They engage effectively with healthcare teams to observe and enhance resident health while maintaining a secure, comfortable atmosphere. Applicants must possess a valid, up-to-date Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification issued by the state of Indiana. This position demands physical capability for tasks involving lifting and bending, as well as a dedicated focus on elder care.
