Job Summary
The primary role involves delivering compassionate and attentive care to residents in a memory care assisted living facility. You will work closely with a dedicated nursing team to promote optimal health and enhance the quality of life for seniors.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care and support to residents in a memory care setting.
- Work collaboratively with nursing staff to maintain high standards of health and wellness for seniors.
- Ensure the comfort and safety of residents throughout their daily activities.
- Engage residents with meaningful interactions to promote engagement and wellbeing.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid Massachusetts Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification.
- Open to applications from new graduates.
- Proficiency in the English language is required.
