Job Summary
The CNA/HHA position is a part-time role focused on providing essential personal care and assistance to patients in need. This position plays a crucial part in enhancing the quality of life for individuals who may require help with daily activities.
Responsibilities
- Delivering high-quality personal care to patients, ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Maintaining accurate records of patient care and reporting any concerns to nursing staff.
- Supporting patients with mobility and exercise as directed.
- Fostering positive relationships with patients and their families to ensure effective communication.
Qualifications
- Certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA).
- Compassionate and patient-focused attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a healthcare team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
