Job description
**Job Title: Personal Care Assistant**
As a Personal Care Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering personal care services that encompass hygiene assistance, mobility support, and meal preparation for patients. You will also monitor patients’ health and provide emotional support while ensuring a clean and safe living environment. Applicants must possess a valid CNA or HHA certification in Illinois. Prior experience in home health or long-term care is desirable, along with excellent communication abilities and a caring attitude.
