Job description
**Job Title: Personal Care Assistant**
Deliver comprehensive personal care and hygiene support, along with emotional assistance, to patients facing terminal illnesses in home settings or care facilities. Responsible for maintaining precise records of patient interactions and engaging in team meetings as well as initiatives for quality enhancement. Applicants must possess an active CNA license, current CPR certification, and a valid driver’s license with dependable transportation. A minimum of six months of hands-on patient care experience is required, along with the capability to work autonomously across diverse care environments.
