Job Summary
The role involves delivering empathetic and direct care to residents, collaborating closely with Registered Nurses (RNs) or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs). The primary focus is to support residents in their daily living tasks while promoting their comfort and overall wellness.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to residents under the guidance of nursing staff.
- Assist residents with their daily living activities.
- Ensure the comfort and well-being of each resident.
Qualifications
- Active certification as a CNA or LNA in the state of Arizona.
- Possess an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card.
- Healthcare Provider or BLS CPR certification must be obtained within 90 days of employment.
