The CNC Laser Operator will set up, operate, and monitor fiber laser equipment to produce precision-cut sheet metal parts. They are responsible for inspecting finished parts, performing routine machine maintenance, and ensuring production goals are met according to customer specifications. Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and basic knowledge of CNC systems and machine controls. The role requires the ability to read production drawings, use measuring tools, and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs.
