Additionally, the role involves leading process development initiatives and mentoring other machinists while ensuring strict adherence to quality and safety standards. Candidates must have at least 7 years of experience in CNC setup, operation, and programming, including proficiency in 3D CAD/CAM environments. Strong technical skills in metrology, GD&T, and the ability to mentor team members are essential for this position.
