Additionally, they are required to work closely with the production team to enhance processes and resolve any manufacturing challenges. Applicants should possess an Associate degree in a pertinent discipline or have a minimum of 5 years of experience within the manufacturing sector. Expertise in Mastercam 2025, multi-axis machining, and the ability to interpret complex blueprints with GD&T is essential.
