**Co-Manager**
The Co-Manager plays a vital role in the daily operations of the restaurant by overseeing shift activities, engaging with guests, and upholding high standards for food quality and service speed. This position involves tracking labor and food expenses, in addition to training and mentoring team members. Ideal candidates will possess one to two years of supervisory experience in the food service industry, along with excellent organizational and leadership abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is essential, as is the physical capacity to remain on their feet for extended periods and to lift weights of up to 50 pounds.
