Job description
The Co-Medical Director will work alongside the current director to oversee two companion animal hospitals, concentrating on staff mentorship and the expansion of hospital services. Key responsibilities involve ensuring exceptional patient care, fostering staff retention, and collaborating on the establishment of medical protocols. Applicants must have a DVM or VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited program and hold a valid veterinary license in Oregon. A minimum of three years of clinical veterinary experience is necessary for this leadership role.
