Job Summary
This role is tasked with overseeing several teams responsible for managing patient referrals, processing insurance authorizations, handling billing, and executing collections. The primary goal is to achieve financial targets and departmental performance metrics while fostering an atmosphere centered on customer service and adherence to regulatory standards. Additionally, this position involves mentoring both supervisors and staff to enhance team performance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the processing of patient referrals and insurance authorizations.
- Manage billing and collections to meet financial goals.
- Promote a customer service-focused environment.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to supervisors and team members.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of management experience required.
- 3-5 years of experience in home infusion therapy preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is advantageous.
