**Collections Specialist**
The Collections Specialist is responsible for overseeing outstanding account balances, reconciling payments, and ensuring precise accounts receivable documentation. This role involves working closely with various internal teams to address billing issues and delivering courteous service to patients concerning their accounts. Applicants should possess a minimum of two years’ experience in collections, medical billing, or accounts receivable. An associate degree or an equivalent mix of education and experience is necessary, as well as strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
