Job Summary
The Collections Trainer plays a crucial role in onboarding new employees by providing training on debt collection methods, compliance regulations, and relevant systems. This position also includes overseeing a detailed nesting program to ensure that trainees acquire the necessary skills and knowledge for success in their roles.
Responsibilities
- Lead training sessions for new hires focused on debt collection techniques and compliance.
- Facilitate a structured nesting program to effectively guide employees post-training.
- Develop and enhance training materials tailored to the needs of the organization.
- Monitor and evaluate trainee calls to identify areas for improvement in skill sets.
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure training initiatives align with collection objectives.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated hands-on experience in debt collections.
- Proven track record in developing and delivering effective employee training programs.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and collections management systems.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work onsite in Pompano Beach.
