Job Summary
The Comfort Advisor plays a key role in assessing customer needs related to plumbing and HVAC systems through in-home or virtual consultations. This position involves recommending customized solutions and effectively closing sales while ensuring all necessary documentation is accurately maintained in a CRM system.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home or virtual assessments of plumbing and HVAC needs.
- Provide tailored recommendations to customers based on their specific requirements.
- Finalize sales and ensure customer satisfaction with the solutions provided.
- Maintain comprehensive records and documentation within the CRM.
- Collaborate with project managers and technicians to ensure successful service delivery.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of professional sales experience.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license.
- Preferred strong knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
