Job Title: Commercial HVAC Project Manager
Oversee all phases of HVAC construction projects in the commercial sector, focusing on budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating subcontractors. Guarantee high standards of technical quality, adherence to safety regulations, and maintain strong communication with clients and on-site teams. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing commercial HVAC projects, specifically involving hydronic systems. A bachelor’s degree in a related area is desirable, along with essential certifications such as OSHA 30 and EPA 608.
