Job Summary
The Director is responsible for shaping and guiding the strategic vision for the company’s brand, marketing, and communications efforts. This pivotal role acts as a link between executive leadership and internal teams, ensuring cohesive communication and alignment within the organization. Additionally, the Director oversees a variety of strategic initiatives and offers direct support to the President and CEO, facilitating organizational coherence.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in fields such as strategic communications, marketing, or organizational strategy.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in managing teams.
- Comprehensive understanding of the manufacturing industry or business-to-business dynamics.
- Proficient in developing and executing strategic plans that drive performance and support organizational goals.
