**Job Title: Community Alignment Specialist**
The Community Alignment Specialist is responsible for overseeing and coordinating community resources and partnerships aimed at assisting families with newborns within the Connecting NJ hub. This position entails promoting the program, facilitating networks for referrals, and ensuring adherence to program standards by collaborating with healthcare professionals and community organizations. Applicants should hold a Master’s degree in a relevant field or a Bachelor’s degree combined with comparable experience, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in maternal-child health or family support services. A valid driver’s license and the willingness to travel for work are essential.
