Job Summary
The Community Outreach Specialist plays a vital role in enhancing the organization’s visibility within the community while acting as the main liaison for prospective patients. This position centers on informing the public about available services and guiding individuals through the program enrollment process via both telephonic and face-to-face outreach efforts.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain a strong presence for the company within the community.
- Act as the primary contact for potential patients seeking information about services.
- Educate individuals regarding the various offerings of the organization.
- Manage a personal caseload effectively, catering to the needs of potential patients.
- Facilitate program enrollment through outreach via phone calls and in-person interactions.
