The facilitator is tasked with delivering both group and individual assistance to clients in community environments, tailoring their support according to personalized plans. Responsibilities include creating engaging activities, aiding in the training of staff, and ensuring precise record-keeping of the services rendered. Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent and have a minimum of two years of relevant experience working with individuals with disabilities. Additionally, a valid California driver’s license, a clean driving history, and auto insurance are mandatory.
