Job description
**Job Title: Community Support Specialist**
The Community Support Specialist is responsible for delivering case management services, conducting continuous assessments, and providing practical coaching aimed at empowering clients to develop independent living skills. This role involves leading workshops, crafting tailored housing plans, and guiding residents through the housing application journey. Applicants should possess a minimum of a high school diploma or GED. While experience in social services or with re-entry populations is advantageous, training will be provided for qualified candidates.
