Job Summary
The Complex RN at Keelikolani Middle School plays a critical role in supporting the health and wellness of students, ensuring that they receive appropriate health services and care. This position contributes to the overall school environment by fostering healthy practices and promoting student well-being.
Responsibilities
- Administer health care services to students and staff in accordance with established policies.
- Monitor student health records and maintain accurate documentation of services provided.
- Collaborate with school staff and parents to address student health concerns.
- Provide health education and guidance to students on health-related topics.
- Assist in the development and implementation of school health programs.
Qualifications
- Must hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students, families, and staff.
- Knowledge of health education and promotion strategies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
