**Job Title: Clinical Compliance Auditor**
The Clinical Compliance Auditor is responsible for performing regular audits of clinical records, therapy usage, and billing processes to guarantee adherence to regulatory standards. This role involves evaluating audit results to uncover patterns and working alongside operations teams to develop and execute corrective action strategies. Applicants must possess a valid Physical Therapy (PT) or Occupational Therapy (OT) license and have a bachelor’s degree. Additionally, candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in compliance or skilled nursing environments, along with a thorough understanding of Medicare and Medicaid guidelines.
