Job Summary
The technician will be responsible for delivering on-site hardware and networking assistance, which encompasses system setups and printer troubleshooting at various customer sites. This role requires effective inventory management, work order scheduling, and maintaining a high level of professional communication with clients.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site support for hardware and networking issues.
- Perform system installations and printer repairs at customer locations.
- Manage inventory related to equipment and parts.
- Schedule and prioritize work orders efficiently.
- Maintain professional communication with clients throughout service engagements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- A minimum of one year experience in field service.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to lift 25 lbs as needed.
- Capability to work at elevated heights when necessary.
