Job Summary
The Concept Development Specialist is responsible for overseeing engineering development settings aimed at enhancing the efficiency of prototypes while also identifying potential new market opportunities. This role involves working alongside cross-functional teams to convert market data into pioneering product ideas and enhancements in processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage engineering development environments to boost prototype effectiveness.
- Identify and investigate new market opportunities.
- Collaborate with various teams to turn market insights into innovative product concepts.
- Implement improvements in development processes based on insights and findings.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in product development or engineering support.
- Proficiency in Lean methodologies, including the 5S framework and concept prototyping.
- Strong organizational skills, coupled with effective communication abilities.
